AB0928 CHARACTERISTICS OF AXIAL PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS PATIENTS WITH SYMMETRICAL AND ASYMMETRICAL SACROILIITIS

Background The latest data show that psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients (pts) with asymmetrical sacroiliitis (SI) have clinical and genetic features which are considered typical for PsA (1). Objectives To analyze comparative characteristics of pts symmetrical SI. Methods 287 (M/F–147/140) according to CASPAR criteria were examined. Data was collected from 6 rheumatology clinics the Russian Federation. Pts’ age 45.6±12.2 years (yrs), disease duration 10.9±6.7 yrs. Pts underwent standard examination activity. Disease activity measured by DAPSA, BASDAI, ASDAS-?RP. involved determining HLA B27 antigen status X-rays sacroiliac joints (SIJs) (pelvic radiographs), hands feet. Bilateral changes in SIJs grades 2-2, 3-3 4-4 defined as SI (sym-SI). Changes 2-1, 2-3, 3-1, 1-4, 2-4 3-4 (asym-SI). Skin lesion severity evaluated terms body surface area (BSA) affected Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI). When BSA ? 3%, PASI calculated. Me [Q25; Q75], Pierson-?2 tests performed. All p<0.05 indicate statistical significance. Results Sym-SI found 187 (65.1%) pts, asym-SI – 100 (34.8%) pts. In group (gr) there more females than sym-SI gr: 63 (63.0%) vs 77 (41.2%; ? = 0.0004). had severe peripheral Tender Joint Count (TJC68) Swollen (SJC66). These values higher 9 (4-16) (2-14; 0.007) 5 (2-12) 3 (0-9; 0.004), respectively. High DAPSA 53 (54.6%) gr 71 (38.8%) (? 0.01); low remission DAPSA– 16 (16.5%) 51 (28.3%; 0.028), frequency enthesitis 50 (57.5%) 57 (38.5%) 0.005). functional capacity Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ) worse HAQ>0.5 83 (84.7%) 130 (72.6%) 0.023).
